Head Coach
Mark Sobczak
Mark has been involved in coaching soccer for 20 years. He served as the boys’ Assistant Varsity Coach in 2021, the boys’ Junior Varsity Coach from 2017-2021 and the boys’ Middle School Coach from 2015-2017 at Florida State University School. He began working for ASG/Warner Soccer in Tallahassee in 2013 coaching various boys’ soccer teams and serving as the head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Mark worked for Beechmont Soccer Club and Classics Hammer while living in Cincinnati, OH from 2007-20013. He worked as a coaching intern while attending graduate school at Miami University for their women's soccer team from 2002-2004.
Mark became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2001 and currently holds a USSF National D coaching license. He attended Miami University and graduated in 2005 with a MS in Sports Studies. He attended the University of Florida and graduated in 2001 with a BS in Exercise and Sport Science.
